FIRST-TIME FENCE BUYER? NO PROBLEM. WE MAKE THE PROCESS SIMPLE.
If your community has an HOA, you will need to get approval before starting the project. Most associations require three documents to be submitted:
Color picture of fence/gate type and style
To-scale drawing on a copy of property survey
We can assist with this process if needed, although approval is the homeowners responsibility.
After HOA approval is given we submit to your local governing municipality for permit approval. Each city or county requires different documentation to submit. Some like the city of Orlando require the HOA approval letter before the project can be submitted.
Once permit approval is received your fence project is immediately scheduled. We only give rough dates until we move about 3 days prior to installation when we can set up a firm start date. During this time we are completing the following tasks:
Underground utility locating services are called in to mark your power, water, cable and other buried utilities. You do not need to be present for this as they come and will spray paint lines and place small flags in your yard to show where the lines are located.
Although we stock most major fence types and colors we custom fabricate your project’s parts in our own manufacturing facility. This includes fabrication of vinyl parts, welding and also powder coating all done in house by our own team.
Time to get to work! Our installers arrive and start building your fence or gate. During this process, you can expect us to:
Call you to confirm the designated date and time of our arrival.
Keep you informed of any delays, should they arise.
Behave professionally and treat your property with respect.
Your fence or gate has been built! You’re in the home stretch now. To finish things up, we work with you to complete these tasks:
Government building inspectors will be called to approve and close permits.
Osceola Fence Supply will conduct internal inspections and reviews of your project.
Warranty information will be gone over and given to you and final payment will be collected.
